  • Representative in the US and Canada of the Lebanese Association of the Knights of Malta.
  • President and CEO of MINT Consulting LLC (since November 2010), a consulting firm to promote business partnerships and assess political risk in emerging economies.

 



  •  Ambassador of Lebanon to Canada 2007-2009, to Poland 2003-2007 (also accredited to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania), and to Chile 1995-1999.  In this capacity, has worked closely with local and bilateral chambers of commerce and was instrumental in achieving a significant increase of more than 30% in trade exchange between Lebanon and Poland while ambassador to Poland.

–         Director of Economic Affairs (2000-2003)


 


 


Was member of the Lebanese negotiating team for the Association Agreement between Lebanon and the European Union (2001-2002).


Participated in various Arab and Islamic Summit conferences, Arab League meetings as well as in United Nations meetings and various international conferences, including the WTO meetings in Cancun, Mexico (September 2003).



  • Established a network of contacts in various countries, including the Arab world, Africa and Latin America.
