Launch of Indian, Lebanese trade exchange at UNESCO.

NNA – Lebanese – Indian trade exchange has been launched at UNESCO on Monday under the title of “Together for the Support of Trade Exchange”, upon the invitation of Lebanon’s International Economic Lobby. 



The event took place in presence of Indian Ambassador to Lebanon, Anita Nayar, Dr. Ali Masri, MP Joseph Maalouf, and a crowd of official figures and dignitaries.

“Trade exchange between both countries bolsters relations between Lebanon and India,” Nayar said. 


In turn, lobby head, Ali Masri, gave a briefing on the activities of the lobby since its establishment. 


“Here we are today meeting once again to launch a trade exchange agreement between Lebanon and India through the International Economic Lobby and the Indian Ambassador to Lebanon, Anita Nayar. We are in need to access bigger trade markets such as that of India, and others, to introduce variety to our products and to alleviate the big competition sparked by Chinese products worldwide, “Masri said.
