Canadian Blood Services and the Lebanese Canadian Society of BC Announce Life-Saving Partnership

The Lebanese Canadian Society of BC has made a commitment to help save lives by donating blood as a member of Canadian Blood Services’ “Partners for Life” Program. On January 3rd, First donations was by Mr. Jean Yammine the owner of the Partnership idea and Mr. Toufic Dina the first member who showed interest in being a Blood donator under the name of the LCS of BC, in the presence of Mr. Camille Louis President of LCS of BC and his Vice- President Dr. Nick Kahwaji.


Partners for Life” is a corporate community program that provides a vital connection between hospital patients and community organizations across the country. As a member of this program, the Lebanese Canadian Society of BC members, along with their family and friends, have made the commitment to donate blood to help those whose lives depend on blood and blood products.

We have made a commitment to make 15 donations over the next 12 months, but I am confident that we can exceed that number. We are proud to partner with Canadian Blood Services.” says Camille Louis, President of the LCS of BC.
