Summary


Mr. Nasr is a Principal Engineer with the City of Everett, WA. He is the Utility Planning Section Manager responsible for the water and sewer utility planning, water resource management, project management, design, construction management, and implementation of the capital improvement projects. Mr. Nasr manages an annual budget of more than $30 million. He has over 30 years experience in the design of domestic water supply and distribution, water treatment, wastewater conveyance and treatment, drainage systems, retention and detention systems, and water and sewer hydraulic modeling, in addition to over three years experience in construction management in Saudi Arabia.
