Legal Review Committee for the Geographical region of EUROPE
After Consultation with European Leaders, and with the objective of preparing a new constitution and Regional by-laws for this Geographical Region, The World Secretary General Dr Nick Kahwaji announce
the creation of a Legal Review Committee in EUROPE formed of the following :
Roger Hani DWSG
Rita Elhelou RSG
Fadi Rahi (UK)
Dr Antoine Bouabboud(Fr)
as per Part 6 ,article 31 of the WLCU internal regulations, this technical committee will work under the supervision of the WSG, it will be using the Australian and/or the American Regional By-Laws as a template and has a clear objective to prepare a Regional constitution – in two months – that is in line and doesn’t contradict with the international constitution.
