Legal Committee for the Geographical region of Australia and NZ
After Consultation with all Australian Leaders, with the objective of preparing a new constitution and Regional by-laws for the Geographical Region of Australia and New Zealand, The World President Mr Eid Chedrawi and the World Secretary General Dr Nick Kahwaji announced
the creation of a Legal Committee in Australia and NZ formed of the following :
Dr Georges Assaad RSG
Mr Abraham Khoury Assistant RSG
Ms Petronalla Fakhri (Sydney)
Mr Siradore El-Asmar (Melbourne)
Mr Mikael Ghaleb ( Brisbane)
This committee has a duration of four months plus an additional month
if needed
It will work under the supervision of the WSG (as per Part 6 ,article 31 of the by-laws) , and has a clear objective to prepare a constitution that is in line and doesn’t contradict with the international constitution.
Mr Steve Stanton will act as a Legal advisor to the WSG to help prevent any contradiction with the Australian civil Laws.
