State Council of Victoria has much pleasure in



inviting you to the unveiling ceremony of



The Lebanese Migrant Statue



in Melbourne, Australia on Saturday 19 November 2011, at 4.00pm



at



Ray Bramham Gardens
Corner of Bell Street & St. Georges Road, Preston



This will be the greatest event for the Lebanese Community in Melbourne Australia, as the statue represents 150 years of Lebanese presence in this blessed country.

The Mayor of Darebin City Council, Councillor Diana Asmar will unveil the statue with the Hon Bill Shorten MP Minister for Financial Services & Superannuation; Assistant Treasurer in the presence of, H.E Dr Walid Daouk Lebanese Minister for information, H.E Dr Jean Daniel Lebanese Ambassador, the World President of the World Lebanese Cultural Union Mr. Eid Chedrawi
, officers and members of the WLCU, Australian and Lebanese dignitaries sharing a massive number of the Lebanese community from Melbourne and other states.
