Dear NGO Colleagues,
We have noticed that several NGOs have submitted incomplete Annual Reviews. Please understand that the purpose of this process is to obtain as much information as possible from the DPI-associated NGOs in order for us to maintain an accurate and updated database and have a record of the work that each organization performs throughout the year, and for you to maintain your good standing status with DPI.
Each Annual Review is carefully evaluated and, if our office considers that the reporting information satisfactorily meets the criteria established in the Association commitment, then we proceed to authorize grounds passes for the representatives designated by each organization. ONLY complete and detailed Annual Reviews will be evaluated.
If an NGO fails to submit a satisfactorily completed Annual Review, we will not process the grounds pass request for the representative designated for 2013.

Remember that the deadline for submission of the Annual Review is 31 January 2013
