Dear Nick,
Thank you for your e-mail dated 3/11/03. I was back in Uruguay on March 18th, and will be retaking contacts with the ULCM in the next few days to announce the new date for the 13º Congress in Miami, as we had already annuonced the former one.
Also like to remind you that this Srecretariat for South America has forwarded to the Secretariat General
the names of the new Directories of the ULCM Chapters in Uruguay and Chile. I´m always in contact with them as well as the Chapters of other countries in our area and I’m pushing ( forwarded time ago in report of this Secretary) to build a new National Council in Ecuador, Costa Rica and others.
For your record authorities in Uruguay has changed and the name of the new President is José M.Andere and also in Chile autoçhorities were changed and the new President in Mr. Jorge Sauma. These informations has been already forwarded to the World WLCU President Mr. bechara George Bechara.
We´re asking the Chapters to fulfill the statutes to renew the authorities.
